Artiscent is a destination for high-quality, luxurious perfumes and colognes for both men and women. Our curated collection features a range of thoughtfully selected scents designed to suit different personalities, moods, and lifestyles.
2. How can I find the best scent for me?
We offer a personalized scent-matching quiz to help guide your choice. By learning about your preferences, lifestyle, and mood, the quiz recommends fragrances that align with your unique personality, taking the guesswork out of finding your signature scent.
3. What shipping options are available?
We ship all orders via USPS First-Class Mail, with shipping costs calculated based on the recipient’s zip code. For faster delivery, FedEx shipping options are also available at checkout.
4. How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping rates are based on your delivery location and the shipping method you select. You’ll see the exact cost clearly displayed at checkout before completing your order, no surprises.
5. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Because fragrance is such a personal choice, we recommend taking advantage of our scent quiz to ensure the best possible match before purchasing.
6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. USPS First-Class Mail typically delivers within 3–5 business days. FedEx options may offer faster delivery depending on the service chosen.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping. However, all Artiscent fragrances arrive in elegant, thoughtfully designed packaging, making them a beautiful gift on their own.

10. Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Artiscent is committed to cruelty-free practices, and our products are not tested on animals. We believe luxury should also be ethical.
